Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

*Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: Under 7 days and over 24 hours notice - 20% of the value of the Tour, within 24 hours or where no notice is given - 100%. *PLEASE URGENTLY CONTACT ANDERSONS TOURS to select a meeting point, at least 48 hours prior to travel *During peak season, if you select the Large Group option, the group number will be 53 people *PLEASE NOTE The Christmas period of 23rd Dec 2019 - 6th Jan 2020 is our busiest period. Peak season pricing applies & we also limit our pickups to three locations only *Dietary requirements can be catered for, please advise at time of booking if required *Not wheelchair accessible *We recommend eating breakfast before boarding, as we don't accept hot food/drinks onboard for safety reasons *Please check weather forecast for Sydney and Katoomba to dress to the conditions, and dress very warmly during the Winter months, as the mountains can drop to close to 0 degrees Celsius

Adelaide Sightseeing:

Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees: · More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person · Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater · Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater · Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Epic Ocean Adventures:

Cancellation Policy: Please reconfirm booking 24-48 hours in advance in case of time change to suit best weather or beach conditions. Any cancellation inside 48 hours is non refundable. Any cancellation within 7 days will incur a 20% cancelaltion fee. If cancellation is made by customer and not by Epic Ocean Adventures regarding weather or any other reason the above policy stands. Epic Ocean Adventures reserves the right to change or cancel tours/ lessons on the rare occasion due to poor or dangerous weather and beach conditions. Real time assessment may result in cancellation before departure, on arrival or during tour. Refund less the deposit is issued if unable to operate prior to departure due to weather constraints and participants are unable to re book or participate in another activity. If cancellation occurs during tour or on arrival to location, deposit will be non refundable to cover transportation and park fee costs.
